Party Rules & Decoration Guidelines

DECOR RESTRICTIONS

Allowed:

• You may bring small or large decor. Balloons and garlands OK. Large decor may ONLY be delivered 30 minutes prior to birthday party start-time

• For garlands, balloon arches, or anything else on the wall, please bring “command hooks” as we don't allow any type of nails or tape on the walls.

Not allowed:

• tape, nails on the wall

• piñatas

• glitter

• confetti

• slime, play dough or similar

• early delivery of large balloon garlands/decor/backdrops

FOOD RESTRICTIONS

Not allowed:

• crockpots, food warmers, ethanol gel burners

• food warming appliances that need to be plugged in

FOOTWEAR POLICY

• All guests must wear socks, or indoor shoes, adults AND children. Socks are available for purchase $2/ea.

• Indoor shoes, sandals or booties OK!

• Make sure to inform your guests about our socks-on policy

OTHER REMINDERS

• You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your birthday party start time to set up any tables, decorations, etc. Please arrive ONLY at your designated start time as we may be cleaning up from the previous party or staff be on break before you arrive.

• Your 1 1/2 hour rental includes clean up time, which we will help with. We will give you a heads-up 10-15 minutes before your party time is up to start tidying up. We often have back-to-back birthday parties, so please be mindful of the time and that packing/cleaning up usually takes longer than one may think.

• There is a $30 fee for every 5 minutes past your party's end time. Your card on file will be charged for this.

• If you are the last party of the day, and wish to keep the party going, inquire with your party host to see if it’s possible to add on party time ($50 for 30 minutes or $100 for 60 minutes).

• We do not have space for "early deliveries" of large backdrops, balloon garlands or decor. Please tell any vendor to only arrive max 30 minutes prior to your start time

• Vaping or smoking is NOT allowed indoors.

• When you send out the invitation to guests, make sure to mention all adults and kids must bring and wear socks at all times while inside Coos Playtopia.

• Make sure all adults who bring kids sign the liability waiver prior to the birthday party.

• Your Coos Playtopia party host works hard to make your event the best party ever! Tips are not expected, but if you found the host helpful, tips are greatly appreciated. 100% of any tips go directly to your party host.
