Coos Playtopia Policies & Rules

1. All adults and children visiting Coos Playtopia must sign our waiver. Sign HERE.

2. For the safety and health of all children and our staff, we ask only “well” children play in our facility. Please keep your child home if they exhibit symptoms of being sick.

3. For the health and safety of everyone who visits Coos Playtopia, children, and adults, with visible signs of illness (cough, runny nose, fever, etc) may be asked to return home.

4. Shoes are not allowed in the play area. All adults and children must wear socks when entering the play area (by health code). Socks are available for purchase ($2).

5. No food and drinks are allowed in the play area.

6. Parents and/or guardians – not Coos Playtopia staff – are responsible for children and must remain on site at all times.

7. All guests must wash or sanitize their hands before entering the play area.

8. Coos Playtopia is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Please keep track of your belongings.

9. Children should play in areas appropriate for their age and developmental level

10. Coos Playtopia has a ZERO Bullying policy. Any child or adult seen bullying or harassing others will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.

11. Children should not climb on windows, tables, chairs, gates, or other furniture and fixtures.

RESERVATION, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to our limited-capacity sessions, all admissions, memberships, party bookings, and event purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.

If you need to reschedule your open play reservation, please contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled session time and we will do our best to move your reservation to another available session. Reschedule requests made less than 2 hours before the session time may not qualify for credit or transfer.

No-shows and missed sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us maintain limited-capacity sessions, cleanliness standards, and availability for all families.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

We welcome photography at Coos Playtopia! Have fun filming & photographing your family's time here. Use the hashtag #coosplaytopia or @ mention us on Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook.

We kindly ask that guests:

• Be respectful of the privacy of other families and photograph only their own children.

• Do not photograph or record other children without permission from their parent or guardian.
